Teen summit focuses on dealing with life's problems

Drug use, proper etiquette, respect and teen pregnancy were among the topics discussed Saturday at a Community Teen Summit at Dallas City Hall.

Host by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway, the event featured speakers and skits aimed at helping teenagers address problems in their lives. Mr. Caraway hoped the experience would be an interactive one and encourged participants to discuss problems openly.
